At Neemira, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are available only in cases of:

Manufacturing defects.

Incorrect product received.

Incorrect size sent by Neemira (different from the size ordered).

In all other eligible return cases, a Credit Note with 90 days validity will be issued.

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

Product Eligibility

Returned or exchanged items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

In original packaging.

With all tags and labels intact.
